Alaska Center for Children and Adults (ACCA) is a nonprofit organization here to assist in improving the lives of people with disabilities and their families by providing quality diagnostic, therapeutic, educational and referral services in conjunction with other community providers without regard to ability to pay.

Generous & Flexible Leave

5 weeks/year PAID personal leave (increases gradually to 8 weeks at 10 years)

4 weeks/year PAID agency closure (2 weeks winter break, 1 week spring break, 1 week summer)

7 days/year PAID holidays

Flexible Benefits Package

Additional Benefits

PAWS (Program for Alternative Work Schedules)

Allows for flexible work schedule including: full or part time employment, early/late work schedule, 4/10 hour days, scheduled work from home, scheduled child at work.

Student Loan Reimbursement

Staff with qualified student loan expenses may qualify for the ACCA Student Loan Reimbursement or Federal forgiveness programs.

Professional Development and Training

Staff are provided with professional development and training opportunities throughout the year and are encouraged to seek out opportunities specific to their area of interest.
