About — Join other caregivers of children and youth who experience an FASD for monthly informative conversations. This is a private Zoom for families and caregivers only.     Self Regulating When Things Get Spooky: Occupational Therapist Alissa McKnight is back for more with tips for helping your child with self regulation whether at home or participating in community.
  • November 25, 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. (Note Wednesday due to holiday)
    Tips for Survival: The Pandemic, Remote Schooling and the Holidays with Deb Evensen. Spend an hour re-charging before you start cooking. Our Thursday support group will move to Wednesday November 25 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

    Using Nutrition to Support Children Who Have Experienced Trauma with Audrey Sunnyboy. It’s dark and cold. Grab a warm cup of herbal tea and hear from Traditional Healer Audrey Sunnyboy on how you can incorporate dietary changes to support the needs of your children.
