Our Services

Connections DDRC
Connections DDRC serves as a first point of contact to help access and navigate the variety of disability services available. The DDRC will help develop strategies and natural supports to help participants achieve stability and independence.

FASD
The FASD Diagnostic Team serves children 3-17 years old who are experiencing difficulties related to prenatal exposure to alcohol. Services include screening and multidisciplinary evaluations leading to diagnosis and recommendations for intervention.

Child & Family Wellness
The Child & Family Wellness Program identifies social emotional and parent/child relationship concerns prior to age 17, providing early supports to build positive relationships, including behavioral health services.

Infant Learning Program
ACCA’s Infant Learning Program provides early intervention services to children birth to three years who experience a developmenta delay or a disability. ILP partners with families and caregivers, with a focus on supporting and strengthening the whole family.

Adaptive mobility equipment is available for loan to community members. A deposit is required, but is refundable if...
